These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). Placing an order through LxryVintage’s online store implies that the Customer has consulted these Terms and Conditions and expressly accepts their applicability to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, except when previously, in writing and expressly accepted by LxryVintage.
All prices shown are in euros and include VAT and any other duties or taxes required to be borne by the Customer.
The statement of price refers only to the items as it is described verbatim. The accompanying photographs are for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.
Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind LxryVintage. LxryVintage is regarding the correctness and completeness of the offered information only held to a means commitment. LxryVintage is in no case liable in case of material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact our customer service department in advance.
The offer is always valid while supplies last and may be modified or withdrawn by LxryVintage at any time. LxryVintage cannot be held liable for the unavailability of any product.
The customer can view and compare articles via the online catalog. Articles can be placed in a virtual shopping cart. After creating an account, the Customer can order the contents of the shopping cart and pay with a payment method of his choice.

When the payment is completed and accepted, the customer receives an electronic confirmation of his/her order. This contains an overview of the order, an electronic invoice (pdf format) and an electronic copy (pdf format) of the general terms and conditions of the time of the order. Both pdf documents can be downloaded and saved.
The Products offered through this e-commerce website of LxryVintage constitute an offer which is subject to the condition of acceptance by LxryVintage
Lxryvintage is entitled to refuse an order (in writing), due to a serious deficiency of the Customer with regard to the order or any other order or agreement involving the Customer.
Our shipping is performed by DHL. We ship the ordered product within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment has been received!aa
The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of LxryVintage until the moment of full payment by the Customer.
The Customer commits to point out the reservation of title of LxryVintage to third parties if necessary, e.g. to anyone who would come to seize the not yet fully paid articles.
The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online from LxryVintage in their capacity as consumers.
The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform LxryVintage (, +31641406099, [email protected]) of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail). The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but is not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must return or hand over the goods to LxryVintage, Konging Boudewijnlaan 20A, without delay, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which he communicates his decision to withdraw to LxryVintage. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
If the returned item is somehow diminished in value, LxryVintage reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the Customer’s use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the articles are no longer in their original packaging and/or if accessories are missing, a case-by-case examination will be made to determine whether the right of withdrawal can be invoked.
The right of withdrawal lapses in the case of articles designed or manufactured with specific requirements of the Customer, and which therefore deviate from a standard product, as well as in the following cases on the basis of the grounds for exceptions in Article VI. 53 WER.
1° service contracts after full performance of the service if the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer, and provided that the consumer has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal as soon as the company has fully performed the contract;
2° the supply or provision of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the company has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period

8° contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested the company to visit him in order to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance there; however, when, during such a
such visit provides additional services not expressly requested by the consumer, or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or
repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods;
9° the delivery of sealed audio and sealed video recordings and sealed computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery;
10° the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of contracts for a subscription to such publications;
11° contracts concluded at a public auction;
12° the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, carriage of goods, car rental services, catering and services relating to leisure activities, if the contracts stipulate
provide for a specific date or period of performance;
13° the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express prior consent and provided that the consumer has
acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal;
14° contracts for betting and lottery services.
If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, LxryVintage shall refund to the Customer all payments received to date from the Customer, with respect to the returned item, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after LxryVintage has been informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the agreement. For sales agreements, LxryVintage will wait to refund until it has received all the goods back.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by LxryVintage will not be refunded.
LxryVintage will refund the Customer by bank transfer on account unless mutually agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this refund.
For watches, the warranty also applies to the internal movement or mechanism of the watch. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, neglect, drops, use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, failure to follow the instructions or manual, modifications or alterations to the product, rough handling, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or improper use.
The exterior of a watch is considered a wear-and-tear item. In the case of scratches, color changes, or other damage, each instance will be evaluated to determine whether it is due to a defect inherent to the item in question, to normal wear and tear, or to improper or careless use by the consumer. In cases of normal wear and tear or improper or careless use of the watch, the legal warranty cannot be invoked.

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to LxryVintage, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the Customer shall be liable, ipso jure and without formal notice, for compensation on the unpaid amount from the date of the default. This compensation shall be determined on a case-by-case basis and shall be proportional to the damage suffered.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, LxryVintage reserves the right to take back the not (fully) paid articles

The personal data communicated by you will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the concluded agreement, the processing of the order, sending newsletters, advertising and/or marketing purposes.
